Owner Tammy Kelly, PCC Instructor & Technician has 19 years experience in the art of permanent cosmetics, completed over 8000 procedures & a master in her field. She has a degree in Psychology & a minor in Health. She has been in the beauty industry for 30 years. Specializing in correction work, burn victims & cancer survivors. She offers free of charge procedures to all cancer patients on Whidbey Island. Coupeville has the new training center where she trains students from all over the United States. It has a private spa atmosphere for all Para-medical procedures & offers the privacy needed for the one on one training class. Oak Harbor services include permanent cosmetics, massage, botox, chemical peels, wrinkle fillers, lip augmentation, weightloss. After all this time she still loves her career & the people she meets. Her training class is customized to the need of the student as it is hard to be away from work, family for long periods of time. With her one on one training class she will optimize your time at the workshop classes just for you.
